Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of AIVisors during a controlled design-partner engagement. If your organization has a signed engagement agreement, order form, statement of work, data-processing agreement, or similar written agreement with AIVisors, that written agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

Access is for authorized individuals acting on behalf of an approved organization. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure, using accounts only for their intended user, and notifying AIVisors if you believe an account has been compromised. Accounts may not be shared.

You may use AIVisors for your organization's internal evaluation, planning, discovery, prioritization, implementation and learning activities related to AI investment. You may not use the service unlawfully, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with other organizations, probe another tenant's data, or use the service to introduce malicious code or abusive traffic.

AIVisors uses AI-assisted features to ask questions, structure information, synthesize evidence, draft content and support reasoning. AI-generated or AI-assisted output may be incomplete or incorrect. AIVisors does not replace authorized human judgment. Your organization remains responsible for consequential business, financial, legal, regulatory, personnel and investment decisions.

Your organization retains ownership of the business information and content it provides to AIVisors. AIVisors may process that information only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support and improve the service for your organization and as otherwise permitted by the applicable written agreement. Confidentiality obligations, if any, are governed by the applicable written agreement.

AIVisors is designed so that organization-scoped data is separated by tenant and protected by authorization controls. Access to another organization's private workspace is not permitted. Platform operators may access limited information when required for support, security, administration, legal obligations, or other purposes permitted by the applicable agreement and privacy notice.

AIVisors and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, software, methods, workflows, designs and underlying technology. Except for the limited right to use the service during the engagement, no ownership rights in AIVisors technology are transferred to you.

Subject to applicable law, third-party rights and the written engagement agreement, your organization may use outputs produced for its workspace for its internal business purposes. AIVisors does not represent that every generated output is unique or suitable for a particular purpose.

AIVisors is in controlled design-partner operation. Features may evolve during the engagement. Service levels, support commitments, warranties, credits and other availability obligations apply only if stated in a written agreement with your organization.

AIVisors may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security risk, misuse, unauthorized access, legal obligations, or the end or suspension of the applicable engagement. Offboarding, data export, retention and deletion are handled according to the applicable written agreement, Privacy Notice and documented offboarding process.

Any warranties, disclaimers, indemnities, liability limits, governing law, venue and dispute-resolution terms are governed by the applicable written agreement with your organization. This page does not expand or replace those negotiated terms.

AIVisors may update these Terms as the product and controlled design-partner program evolve. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, where appropriate, communicated through the service or the engagement relationship.
