AI Assistance and AI-Generated Content
Where AIVisors uses AI, what it does, and what remains human-governed
Effective: September 2026
AI assists reasoning; people decide
AIVisors uses AI to ask better questions, structure what your organization already knows, synthesize evidence, draft content and support reasoning. Consequential decisions — including objectives, priorities, investments, approvals and material implementation choices — remain with authorized people.
Where AI assistance may appear
AI assistance may be used in leadership and contributor conversations, clarification questions, conversation summaries, objective definition, business discovery synthesis, opportunity framing, readiness explanations, implementation guidance and drafting of supporting artifacts.
What AI does not automatically decide
AI assistance does not by itself change tenant permissions, approve investments, validate evidence, make a draft authoritative, authorize spending, or turn an assumption into a confirmed fact. Governed product state and human approvals remain authoritative.
Evidence and provenance discipline
AIVisors is designed to distinguish facts, evidence, assumptions, perspectives, contested items, unknowns and AI-generated interpretation. Missing evidence should remain missing rather than being silently invented. Material evidence and decisions should retain provenance and attribution appropriate to the user's permissions.
Company context and public research
AIVisors may use public research to enrich company context. Public research is bounded and intended to use public identifiers and public information. Private objectives, private contributor responses and private uploaded evidence are not intended to be sent to public research providers.
Customer information and AI providers
AI-assisted functions may send the minimum necessary context to configured AI/model providers. Private workspace content is not intentionally pooled across customer organizations to create shared customer intelligence. Provider-specific data use, retention and training commitments are governed by the applicable provider terms and AIVisors agreements and should be validated in the approved subprocessor documentation.
Human review
AI-generated or AI-assisted output can be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. Review material AI-assisted content before acting on it, especially for financial, legal, regulatory, security, employment, safety or other high-impact decisions.
