Privacy Notice

How AIVisors handles information provided by a design-partner organization

Effective: September 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Notice explains how AIVisors handles information when an organization and its authorized users use the AIVisors service. It is written for controlled design-partner operation and should be read together with the applicable engagement agreement and any data-processing terms agreed with your organization.

2. Information we process

AIVisors may process: account information such as name, business email, role and organization; business context, objectives, opportunities, initiatives, decisions and outcomes recorded in the workspace; contributions, interview responses and evidence intentionally provided by users; files or references uploaded to the workspace; product usage, audit, security and operational telemetry; support communications; and publicly available information used to establish company context.

3. Why we process information

AIVisors processes information to provide and secure the service; structure objectives and business context; conduct discovery and contribution workflows; generate AI-assisted drafts and synthesis; support prioritization and implementation; measure outcomes; administer access; provide support; monitor reliability and security; and comply with applicable legal or contractual obligations.

4. AI-assisted processing

Some product functions use configured AI/model providers to process the minimum context reasonably required for the requested function. Private workspace information is not intentionally combined across customer organizations to create shared customer intelligence. Handling by third-party providers is governed by their applicable commercial/API terms and AIVisors' configuration and agreements. Any stronger provider-specific training or retention commitment should be confirmed in AIVisors' approved subprocessor and data-processing documentation.

5. Public company research

AIVisors may use public sources to establish organizational context. Public research workflows are designed to use public identifiers and public information. Private objectives, contributor responses and private uploaded files are not intended to be sent to public research providers.

6. Tenant separation and leadership confidentiality

Organization-scoped records are protected by tenant and authorization controls. Raw leadership input may be subject to additional confidentiality rules within the product so that broader organizational views receive governed summaries rather than unrestricted raw leadership content.

7. Service providers and subprocessors

AIVisors relies on hosting, database, storage, authentication, monitoring, research and AI/model service providers to operate the product. Those providers may process information on AIVisors' behalf under their applicable contractual terms. An approved subprocessor list should be made available to design partners before external reliance on this notice.

8. Security

AIVisors uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect workspace information, including tenant isolation, authorization controls, auditability and operational monitoring. No system can guarantee absolute security. Please report suspected security issues promptly to support@aivisors.com.

9. Retention, export and deletion

AIVisors retains information for the duration reasonably necessary to provide the service and as required by the applicable engagement agreement, legal obligations or documented operational needs. Authorized organizations may request a structured export or workspace deletion through the documented process. Specific retention periods, if promised, should be stated in the applicable agreement or approved data-processing documentation.

10. International processing

AIVisors and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where a user is located. Any required transfer mechanisms or regional commitments are governed by applicable agreements and law.

11. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law and your organization's relationship with AIVisors, individuals may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion or other handling of personal information. Requests should be sent to support@aivisors.com and may be coordinated through the user's organization.

12. Changes to this Notice

AIVisors may update this Notice as the service, providers or legal requirements evolve. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and communicated when appropriate.
